No security deposit is required for standard orders. Some premium or rental items may require a refundable deposit, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Payment is made upon delivery. You can pay with cash, bank transfer, or card terminal — whichever is most convenient for you.

To process your order, we require a photo of your passport and a WhatsApp phone number. These are used to prepare a rental contract, which will be delivered to you for signing along with your items.

If you'd like to review the contract terms or invoice before placing an order, simply request them from our manager.

We do not share your personal data with third parties and are fully committed to keeping your information secure in accordance with our privacy policy.

If an item has a technical defect or stops working properly, we'll take care of it at no extra cost to you. However, damage caused by intentional misuse or negligence is the customer's responsibility.

Cancel before delivery
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, you'll receive a full refund of any payment made.

Cancellations within 4 hours of delivery are subject to a 100k IDR delivery fee.

Cancel after delivery
If the equipment doesn't suit your needs, you can return it within 24 hours of delivery. A 10% refund processing fee applies — the remaining amount will be returned via cash or local bank transfer, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours after delivery are eligible for a credit balance. We'll add your funds to a virtual account that you can use toward your next order.

We offer free delivery on all orders over 500k IDR. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Returns are also free.

Yes, you can request item changes before delivery. Simply reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
