How It Works

How Monitor Rental Works in Bali
Pick a size, then a rental period
Start with the size that fits your desk — 24 inch for a narrow villa table, 27 inch for most people, 30 or 34 inch curved if you work with video or long documents. Every monitor comes with the cables it needs.

Then choose how long you want it: one week, one month or three months. The price updates in the card as you switch — the longer you rent, the less you pay per week.
We bring it and connect it, same day
Order before 14.00 and we deliver the same day across Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud and most of South Bali. Delivery and setup are included — no separate fee, no deposit, no passport held.

Every monitor comes with the cables it needs and a free HDMI to USB-C adapter. Most MacBooks have no HDMI port at all, so without one the screen is just a box on your desk — we bring it, connect everything and check the picture before we leave.
Keep it as long as you need
Message us a day before your period ends and we extend the rental — no new paperwork, no second delivery. Longer terms move you to a lower rate automatically.

Done with it? We collect the monitor ourselves, at a time that suits you. If anything stops working while you have it, we bring a replacement the same day and you don't pay for the downtime.

How to choose a monitor for remote work in Bali
Start with your desk, not the spec sheet. A 24 inch screen fits a narrow villa desk and is enough for writing and calls. A 27 inch is the size most people end up with: big enough to keep two windows side by side, small enough that you don't turn your head. Go wider than that — 30 or 34 inches, curved — only if you edit video or work with long timelines.

Resolution matters less than size until you get to 27 inches. At that point Full HD starts to look soft, and 2K or 4K makes text noticeably sharper.

Check the ports on your laptop before you order. A recent MacBook connects to most of our screens with a single USB-C cable that also charges it; older machines need HDMI, and we bring the cable either way.

One thing that catches people out in Bali: humidity. Screens left in a closed, unairconditioned room for weeks can develop moisture behind the panel. If you leave for a while, tell us and we'll pick the monitor up instead of letting it sit.
