## Payment
Payment is made upon delivery. Options: cash, local bank transfer in IDR (CIMB), or card terminal. No security deposit for standard orders; some premium or rental items may require a refundable deposit, stated on the product page.

## Rental terms
- To order: a passport photo and a WhatsApp number are required to prepare a rental contract, signed on delivery
- Technical defects are repaired or replaced at no cost; damage from misuse is the customer's responsibility
- Cancellation before delivery: full refund if cancelled more than 24h before; a 100k IDR fee applies within 4h of delivery
- Return within 24h of delivery: refund minus a 10% processing fee
- B2B offers available for businesses
